I lost twentyfive kilo after six monthes dieting and I am finaly attractive.

After I ended up with twentyfive kilos more and nothing to wear - with full closet of
nice clothes - I decided that this has to STOP.I was eating everything. It realy
didnt matter what was it:

cholcolate,chips,hamburgers and evrythig alse that came unther
my hands. So it stoped.I decided to share my best selfmade diet ever, with you.
These are some basic rules which you need to follow to succeed in your intention to lose
your weight.

1. you need to drink 2 liter of water every day.
2. dont eat standing, seat and eat.
3. eat your food 4 to 5 times a day.
4. dont eat in front of TV, but if you have to eat apple.
5. always have your refrigerator filled up with fresh fruits and vegetables.
6. dont eat bread.
7. walk, walk fast,dont runn,if you walk fast you lose 5times more calories
more instead that you stay breathless after 10min. of running
8. try cranberry tea instead coke caffe or limunade its realy tastee and you
will free your body of toxins.
9. throw radio out of your kitchen, music stimulate your appetite.
10. if you have to eat something sweet have lollipop its small and you will spend
10min. to finish it.

This is a menu that I have mixed and it worked a miracle out of my kilos.

First you need to fill your refrigerator with fresh fruits and have them
all the time in it, except for bananas you are not alowed to eat them, evrything alse
is OK as many as you want.

This is how you start. First you need to cook a soup - CABBAGE SOUP -


RECIPE

1 cabbage-1kg
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1/2 kg carrots
3 bulbs of onion
1/2 kg leek
1 kg tomato
2 litar vegetable bullion from cann
salt pepper

Slice cabbage in eight parts, all other vegetables cutt in the same size pieces so that they
look nice and same. It is important that that what you eat is nice for the eyes.
Cleaned and cutted vegetables put in a big pot and cover it with bullion and cook it for
the 30min.Than you add salt and pepper and cook it until vegetables in soft.

Your soup is finished and you have enough for two days to eat.After two days you can cook
new one and like that for 1 week.

You have to know one thing about cabbage.It is a vegetable that has only 22 kcal in a 100gr.
it is rich with vitamin C and with vitamins of B-complex which giva as strength and courage
substance change in our body.Your body will take energy to burn the soup from your fatt supplyes
and not from your muscles.

Pine-apple is one of the finest fruits, egzotic and refreshing and it helps your body in
losing fet thats why I suggest you have this fruits in your refrigerator. It is rich with
beta-carotin, B-complex vitamins and it has two important enzimes bromelin and papain who speed
up your metabolizam and in that whay you lose your weight.Bromelin stimulates elimination
of the fat from body and in that way you lose your cellulite as well.
