A growth has sprung up from my dog Molly's lower eyelid, i took her to the vet and she says its a tear duct blockage or something but it could be something worse like a tumour - surgery is involved and cost to fix it is £150.00, with excess being around £40-£50.. plus another £50 to send off the sample to find out if it's actually a blockage or if it's a tumour. Moral of the story - make sure your pet is insured, it only costs around £10-£20 a month depending on your breed of dog and who you decide to go with. Dog insurance cover does provide peace of mind when something happens.
