Since Isiah Thomas arrived in New York to turn around the Knicks, three franchise-type players, Shaquille O'Neal, Kevin Garnett and Allen Iverson, have been traded. In addition, a slew of All-Star talent has changed addresses, most notably Ray Allen, Tracy McGrady, Joe Johnson, Vince Carter, Baron Davis and Rasheed Wallace.
Thomas failed to swing a deal for any of those players, and that list could grow with the biggest name to date: Kobe Bryant.
